Natural sounds including the sound of wind, waves, water, nature including the rustling of trees, the sound of birds or animals has been proven to help people relax and aids creativity. This 'biophilic' connection is in part due to our evolution and carries with us to the present. The sound of birds is almost hypnotic, the sounds come from all directions providing the auditory senses with a natural melody that can almost feel deafening in the quiet of the dawn with birds singing for mates or to protect territories.
