How to report a fault or raise an Estates service request?

If you discover a building fault, need assistance with building maintenance,  or want to book an estates service, you will need to raise a service request.

Log in here with your UoG login and password and provide the following information:

  • Location including UoG building name, floor level, room number
  • Description of the fault and service required

How to report an incident?
