Global Mobility Scholarship Programme Overview

The Global Greenwich Mobility Scholarship is generously funded by the University of Greenwich, Santander Universities, and Achieve Education to support undergraduate students to study abroad at one of the university's approved summer schools.

Terms of the Scholarship

Opportunities to study abroad have been shown to enhance employability as well as improve personal development and academic performance, and this is the focus of this fund.  In summer 2019 this will be achieved by providing support for such students to undertake a period of study abroad at one of our partner institutions in China, Spain, South Korea, and Sweden! Summer Schools range from 1 week - 6 weeks in length depending on the programme and will take place between July-August 2019.

Terms and Selection of the scholarship

Over the past four summers, the university has sent over 170 students on the programme to a range of destinations to enhance foreign language development, support skills development and employability prospects of Greenwich students, and to provide them with a life-changing experience.

Students from a widening participation background will be prioritised in the selection process.
