Skype for Business is a communication tool which integrates the current staff e-mail and calendar system with instant messaging, computer / mobile device audio or videoconferencing.

Skype for Business allows staff to easily communicate with colleagues within the University and with external contacts using Instant Messaging (IM), video conferencing and screen or application sharing.
Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is installed on every Managed Desktop PC)
The Office 365 website is accessed via login.gre.ac.uk
Microsoft Office / Office 365 is available to all members of university staff and students. Some affiliate account holders may also have access to Office 365 resources
