  • Are interested in the IT governance processes applied by the university

We aim to help provide transparency across the current portfolio of IT enhancements. 

About the PMO 
The role of the PMO is to improve the overall success of UOG IT projects.

IT Governance 
The university's IT governance model has been designed to provide a robust and transparent process.

Project requests and status reports 
The current portfolio of IT project and development work running across the university is monitored continuously.

Project governance 
The project management framework identifies the key project documentation that should be produced at each stage.
