First Line Support IT and Library Services

ILS First Line Support provides a cross disciplinary service to all users throughout the University that will develop with the needs of the users as they emerge.

The team provides professional support for IT, account administration, library and other services provided by ILS, and involves handling both technical and non-technical requests by phone and emails to the Helpdesk, face-to-face interaction at ILS Information Points or by any other methods introduced by ILS.
