Second Line Support IT and Library Services

The Second Line Support Team within Information Services, ensure that the extensive IT, audio visual and information delivery services offered by ILS are delivered professionally, on time and with the least impact on the users.

Members of the team will provide planned and on-the-spot training as well as advice about hardware and software, and work with colleagues across ILS as a whole to ensure that the most effective and efficient approaches to problem solutions are employed and assist in the investigation and introduction of new and emerging technologies.
