Alumni Library Registration Form

Before completing the registration form below, please ensure that you have applied for and have received your Alumni Pass.

After submitting the form, please send your Alumni Pass and a high quality passport size photograph of yourself to librarymembership@gre.ac.uk.

Please note that if you require access at the Drill Hall, our Medway campus library, you will need to apply for library access at Stockwell Street or Avery Hill. Once you have your card you can visit the Drill Hall Library.

Why we ask you for this information:

The University collects and handles information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

The information given on your registration form will be held securely within the University's IT environment and the library management system for a year after your library record's expiry date and it will be used for the following purposes only:

  • To enable the Library to create your library record.
  • To enable the Library to monitor and compile statistics on stock circulation, fines payments and borrower data.

Your personal data will never be shared with any external organisations.
