ILS will maintain the servers, applications and infrastructure necessary to provide this service.

Customer Responsibility:

To adhere to the terms and conditions of the acceptable use policy.


This service may be subject to the standard Tuesday morning 7am – 9am routine maintenance period.

There are no other restrictions to this service other than eligibility

Customer Service Issues

The Cloud will provide online support through their web portal page:

At the bottom of the login screen click on "About Us"

Click on "I am a WiFi" user at the top right of the screen

Click on "Support"

Support Hours:

Core support hours 09.00 – 17.00 weekdays other than University and Bank Holidays.

Hours of Operation:

This service is available 24 x 7 x 52 - subject to occasional maintenance downtime.

Please note that the wireless network at the Drill Hall and Pilkington in Medway are not managed nor are part of the University of Greenwich wireless Network, hence any user there would be effectively a remote user i.e. treated as if from a different institution.
