Yes - your current PC configuration will be completely overwritten.
Will I still be able to login to any University PC?

We have identified a number of staff PCs that will need to be replaced - this is part of our ongoing process to replace University PCs when they are nearing their end of life.
I use specialist software for my teaching. Will it be installed?
If you need additional (specialist) software, you will need to ensure that it will be available in the rooms you will be teaching in, prior to the start of the academic session. You can use our software search to check whether the applications you need are available in the locations that you require
Is there a list of compatible software available?
A list of core and defaults available software is available.
Please note: some software applications (such as EViews) are not installed by default and have to be selected for installation on demand by using the Software Center utility accessed from the Windows Start menu.
