Dr Fanny Paschek was recently awarded her PhD from the University of Greenwich having completed her studies in 2017 supported by a full Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship and under the supervision of Professor Petros Ieromonachou. She previously gained a BSc in International Business Studies and Economics from Martin-Luther-University in Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, and an MA in Politics, Economics and Philosophy from the University of York, UK.

Fanny joined the Department of Systems Management and Strategy as a full-time lecturer in January 2018, having taught in the department on a part-time basis since 2013. She has experience of teaching and tutoring on a range of modules including Personal and Professional Development, Thematic Independent Studies, Innovation in Action, and Managing Strategy.

Aligning with her PhD research on socio-technical innovation towards more sustainable urban transport futures, her current teaching responsibilities in the department are focused on undergraduate and postgraduate transport and logistics modules, as well as in the areas of personal and professional development, and research methods.
Beyond her teaching and administrative duties, Fanny is an active member of the Connected Cities Research Group and works as a research assistant to the EU-funded INTERREG project GO TRADE (2017-2021).
