Please read the job descriptions carefully for further information on each vacancy.  The job description will state whether the internship starts in August, or in September.

Closing dates:

  • 26th May 2019 for internships that start in August
  • 16th June 2019 for internships that start in September

HOW TO APPLY:

To apply for any of the roles, please download and complete the GWES Application Form, the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form and send both documents to internships@gre.ac.uk along with a copy of your CV.

Please put the internship Job Title and Reference Number in the 'subject' line of your email so that we know what post you are applying for.

As there are over 100 GWES internships, some with very similar job titles, it is important to also put the full job title and the GWES reference number on your application form in the required section.

We would strongly recommend that you to apply for more than one GWES vacancy to increase your chances of securing an internship at the University of Greenwich.

Please ensure you outline how you meet the criteria within the 'Person specification' in the job description.  Remember to include evidence or examples to support your application.  As a minimum, please include the following:

  1. Why you are interested in the position;
  2. What you think you will gain from undertaking the role;
  3. How your skills match the criteria.

A statement such as "Please see CV attached" will not be considered acceptable as an answer.  Please go to the Prospects website for further tips on how to write a successful job application.

What if I need help with my application?

A range of support services are available to assist you with your application. You can make an appointment on campus to receive advice and support on your CV/statement.

You can also email internships@gre.ac.uk with any queries and a member of the team will get back to you.
