The Greenwich Postgraduate Researcher Development Programme (PGRDP) reflects the UK wide initiative, supported by Vitae, to address the personal and professional skills that researchers need to gain training in at each stage of their career.
These skills will support both their time at the university while undertaking their research, and in work after their PhD in academia or other professions. The programme comprises of five strands.
