Instructions for tracking exam adjustments
Instructions for tracking exam adjustments on your student account:
- login to the portal
- select the 'My Learning' tab
- select 'view my student profile'
- select a term (current academic session) and press submit
- the record will show the adjustments applied for and their status as pending, confirmed or rejected.
You will receive an e-mail from the Student Wellbeing Service once your exam arrangements have been confirmed; however, it is your responsibility to use this self-tracking system to check the progress of your application. If an error or discrepancy is noted you should inform the Student Wellbeing Service
immediately by calling 020 8331 7875. Please note that at busy times of the year it may take up to three days for the record to become live. The information can only be accessed by the individual student.
