Key details

Dr Fatemeh Mohamadi

Lecturer in Marketing and Tourism; Programme Leader MA Int. Tourism and Hospitality Management

I am a lecturer in Marketing and Tourism and programme leader on the MA Tourism and Hospitality Management. I joined University of Greenwich in February 2023. Before joining the university, I was a visiting lecturer at University of Westminster, and a lecturer at Coventry University (CU London).

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Travel and Tourism from University of Westminster, and pursued my graduate studies at the same university obtaining my Master’s degree in Tourism Management, during which my fascination with the psychology, sociology, and anthropology of tourism propelled me towards a doctoral research, also conducted at the same university. My Doctoral research, founded by the University of Westminster, makes a novel contribution to literature around understanding tourists’ perceived images of nations and destinations, showcasing my interdisciplinary approach towards tourism research.
