Jayne Cunningham
PhD candidate
Jayne Cunningham joined the University of Greenwich as a PhD Candidate in 2016 and has since undertaken research within the institution.
Her research interests include disability in the workplace as well as a long-standing interest in Specific Learning Difficulties and the impact this has within education and work.

Jayne has worked in a freelance capacity for the British Dyslexia Association and Dyslexia Action.
Research / Scholarly interests
The title of the PhD research is Self-regulation and disability policy: A critique.
The research will build on Ayres and Braithwaite's responsive regulation theory to examine the efficacy of self-regulation in relation to the Government's policy on disability in the workplace.The research will examine whether responsive regulation impacts on business practice and if this improves the position for disabled people within the workplace.
