Dr. Jingwen Shi joined the University of Greenwich in 2023 as a Lecturer in Accounting & Finance. Jingwen holds a Ph.D. in Accounting & Finance from Newcastle University, UK, and a Master's degree in Finance from Queen's University Belfast, UK.

Before joining the University of Greenwich, she worked as a teaching assistant at Newcastle University Business School for 2 years and as a research assistant at International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and Newcastle University Business School. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as an associate lecturer at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.

Her expertise lies in Strategic Information Disclosure based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology. Jingwen has a strong interest in Corporate Finance, Information Disclosure, Corporate Governance, Corporate & CEO Reputation, and Managerial Ability. She is eager to collaborate with researchers who share the same research interests.
