Dr Truc Nguyen BBM, MBA, PhD, AFHEA

Lecturer in Management

Dr. Truc Nguyen completed a PhD in Management from the University of Kent, UK, where she was awarded the prestigious International PhD Research Scholarship. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree (Distinction) from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences in Finland, and an MBA (Distinction) from RMIT University Vietnam. To date, she has co-authored two books: Epiphanies: An Existential Philosophical & Psychological Inquiry (VDM) and Leadership During a Crisis: A Focus on Leadership Development (Routledge). She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Responsibilities within the university

Dr Truc Nguyen is a Lecturer in Management at Executive Business Centre, Greenwich Business School (GBS). She joined GBS in July 2023, teaching at the Postgraduate Taught level. Prior joining GBS, she was part of the Kent Business School (KBS) teaching team from 2019-2022, followed by a subsequent appointment as an Associate Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam from June 2022.
