Graduate Teaching Demonstrator in Psychology

Chloe joined the School of Human Sciences in October 2021 as a Graduate Teaching Demonstrator. She teaches research methods and statistics across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes. Chloe has previously trained as a lab technician and has expertise in the use of methods such as EEG, virtual reality, eye tracking, and physiological response measures in psychological research. She also assists with co-ordinating placements for students on the MSc Child and Adolescent Psychology programme.

Chloe’s research is in the area of developmental psychology. She is interested in the development of executive function and motor skills in childhood, adolescence and into adulthood, and how they relate to academic success. Chloe is also interested in how these variables interact differently in individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions compared with neurotypical individuals. She also has experience in conducting research using EEG methods.
