Case Handling | Users who will be performing the Case Handling use cases. |
Case Handling (From International Office) | Additional security roles that allows the members of this team to send
emails (for case handling) from the International email address. |
Case Handling (From CourseInfo) | Additional security roles that allows the members of this team to send
emails (for case handling) from the CourseInfo email address. |
Case Handling Advanced | Additional security roles that allows further access in addition to
the role of Case Handling. |
System Support | Users of this team perform a support function and have system
administrator access to CRM. |
