Description

Application Management

Users who are responsible for performing application use cases.

Application Management Advanced

Additional security roles that allows further access in addition to the role of Application Management.
Members of this team would usually also be members of the Application Management team.

Portal Support

Users who are responsible for performing use cases relating to applicant access to the ADX Portal; such as resolving applicant queries by resending portal sign up invitations.

Marketing

Users who are responsible for performing marketing use cases; such as campaign management.

Marketing Advanced

Additional security roles that allows further access in addition to the role of Marketing.
Members of this team would usually also be members of the Marketing team.

Case Handling

Users who will be performing the Case Handling use cases.

Case Handling (From International Office)

Additional security roles that allows the members of this team to send emails (for case handling) from the International email address.
All members of the Case Handling team should also be a member of a minimum of either this team or the Case Handling (From CourseInfo) team.

Case Handling (From CourseInfo)

Additional security roles that allows the members of this team to send emails (for case handling) from the CourseInfo email address.
All members of the Case Handling team should also be a member of a minimum of either this team or the Case Handling (From International) team.

Case Handling Advanced

Additional security roles that allows further access in addition to the role of Case Handling.
Members of this team would usually also be members of the Case Handling.

System Support

Users of this team perform a support function and have system administrator access to CRM.
This Team is restricted to users in ILS.
