Recognising your prior learning / life experience
There are several routes into higher education for mature students or those with relevant learning or career experience. Your previous qualifications or experience may exempt you from modules of a degree or allow entry with lower requirements. Learn more about Recognition of Prior Learning.
Contextual Admissions
For entry onto courses starting from September 2023, we are offering special consideration to applications from care leavers of 16 UCAS points, equivalent to 2 A Level grades, lower than the advertised entry tariff for all undergraduate programmes on our website (including those provided by our partner college franchise). For further information, eligibility criteria and how to apply visit our Contextual Admissions page.
