We are getting ready to launch IT self-service for students ahead of the new academic year. Your students will be able to:
- Log new support tickets online with the IT Service Desk
- View and update existing tickets
- Request new services
- Check the availability of our digital services
- Find online help and guidance
We have shared this IT self-service article with current students. After the launch, we’ll be asking for your help in encouraging your students to use self-service as their first stop for common queries and tasks.
Over the summer we will be continuing to update our “how-to” IT guides and moving more information from our web pages into self-service, helping everyone to find faster answers and clearer guidance, all in one place.
We’ll be sharing all updates through Internal Communications channels and the project website.
