We have a LASE welcome pack and new LASE-branded lanyard for every colleague across Greenwich and Kent, which will be ready to collect from the 21st September from one of the dedicated collection points below.
If you received your LASE welcome pack and branded lanyard at LASE Fest, you do not need to collect another one. The collection arrangements below are for colleagues who did not attend LASE Fest or did not receive their welcome pack on the day.

There's no need to book, simply drop by one of the dedicated collection points to pick up your LASE welcome pack and LASE lanyard.
The welcome packs and LASE lanyards are a small way of marking an important moment for our universities and celebrating the colleagues who make them what they are. We hope you'll enjoy yours and wear your new LASE lanyard with pride.
If you’re unable to collect your LASE welcome pack in person, please speak to your line manager, who can help make suitable arrangements for it to be collected on your behalf.
Welcoming new starters: Managers can collect a LASE welcome pack for new colleagues joining their team from any of the collection points listed above.
The deadline for collection is Friday 30th October 26.
What about my existing lanyard?
We know that for many colleagues, your existing Greenwich or Kent lanyard may have been with you for a long time, and you are very welcome to keep it.
For those who wish to recycle their lanyard, we'll have lanyard recycling bins at collection points. Simply bring your old lanyard with you and use the dedicated recycling bins, we'll make sure it is recycled responsibly.
We hope you'll come along, collect yours and help us mark the beginning of this new chapter together.
