Greenwich a “notable climber” in new league table

TLDRoffon

Today’s Complete University Guide league table shows the University of Greenwich is on the up.

Greenwich rose 13 places in the national table to 83rd and was listed as a "notable climber", rising 24 places nationally in the last four years. The University is now at 13th place overall in London, up from 17th place last year.

Overall student satisfaction in London rose from 11th to seventh place in the new table. Nursing at Greenwich is ranked 23rd nationally, up 11 places from last year, and third in London (the same as last year).

Professor David Maguire, Vice-Chancellor, said: "This is a great achievement and my thanks go to colleagues from across the university. It is great to see Greenwich moving up the table and confirming itself as a leading London university. Also pleasing is the rise in student satisfaction as our students are at the heart of everything we do."

Last year several University of Greenwich subjects ranked amongst the best in the world in the latest Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

Greenwich figured in the top 400 for education subjects and the top 500 in the social sciences and business and economics rankings.
