Avery Hill Student Village: Comparing prices of halls to private accommodation

There's plenty of reasons to choose our halls at Avery Hill with all your utility bills - including WiFi - included, gym membership , the weekly cleaning of shared areas and 24/7 residential support.

You can book halls for the 2020-21 Academic Year, booking individually or with friends, it's easy to do and our halls offer great value and cost less than private houses.

The contracts are for the academic session only, so you don't need to sign up for a year and our shared facilities flats cost less than most private sector houses.  The table below compares costs of Avery Hill halls to private sector houses:

Our halls include all bills, campus gym memberships including access to our #ActiveGre programmes, and 24/7 support, security and weekly cleaning of shared areas. You can also make use of the cafe, shop, launderette and The Dome and other sporting facilities such as the Sports Hall, Tennis and Basketball courts and Football pitches. 

Plus they're close to campus and the university inter-campus bus runs between campuses.
