Stop waiting for things to happen, go out and make them happen.

"I have been actively part of badminton, which indeed changed my way towards everything University has to offer. It's just not about sports, it makes you meet new people and learn something new every day.

"Staying active in University is an important part of student life, that's what I believe because being an international student I was exposed to a completely new system and culture but interacting with different students, taking part in some volunteering activities made me feel at home."

"Exercise can take so many forms, find one that suits you and run with it. Try new things, set new goals but most importantly, step outside your comfort zone and have fun!"
