We're really proud of our longstanding partnership with Charlton Athletic FC, and proud to be the first ever shirt-sponsor of the newly professional women’s team. Each season we celebrate our partnership with a match at The Valley, this year our partnership match is on Tuesday 28 September where Charlton will play Bolton Wanderers.
You can buy tickets to the match for £10, which includes a free drink* and entry into a university only prize draw to win a Charlton Athletic shirt signed by the club’s first team. We'll announce the winner of the prize draw on our social channels on Monday 27 September.
To receive your discount code please email student-engagement@greenwich.ac.uk - once you have your code follow the steps below to redeem your discounted tickets.
How to redeem your discounted ticket
- Visit booking.cafc.co.uk and click the login/register button in the top left hand corner of the screen.
- Click on the ‘tickets’ button under the home games section then click the ‘add’ button for the Bolton Wanderers Fixture.
- Redeem the £10 ticket in any block in the Covered End Lower or Covered End Upper. For reference, these are blocks A-F (Lower) and G-N (Upper). You MUST select a ticket in these blocks as the discount won’t work in other parts of the stadium
- Enter the promotional code in the ‘enter coupon’ box and then click ‘activate’. Please note the code will expire on Monday 27 September.
- Tickets will be print at home or mobile ticket. You will NOT be able to collect these from The Valley on the day of the game
- Finally, tick the box to accept the terms and conditions before selecting ‘submit’ to complete your order
* You must collect your free drink token at the designated University of Greenwich table located in the fans bar in the North Stand, before 6pm and redeem the token before kick off. You will NOT be able to redeem these after kick off. You must bring your Greenwich Gateway ID card as you will be required to show this as proof of being enrolled at the University of Greenwich before
receiving your free drink token.
