Contacting on‑site security teams
Three new shared mailbox email addresses have been introduced to provide colleagues with a clear and consistent way to contact on‑site security teams.

These mailboxes replace the previous distribution lists, ensuring that:
- All enquiries and responses are properly recorded
- The Security Management Team can monitor queries
- Every email receives a response
Please use these email addresses for non‑urgent security queries or requests.
In an emergency and for urgent assistance
For emergency situations, the recommended way to contact on‑site first aiders, security, and emergency response teams is via the SafeZone personal safety app. SafeZone is free to download and use.
