Aurora is designed to enable a wide range of women, in academic and professional roles in higher education, to engage with leadership development at an earlier stage in their careers and is therefore aimed at colleagues up to and including Senior Lecturer level (AC3) and up to and including their Professional Services equivalent (SG8).

If you are interested in participating in the programme, please complete the application form in conjunction with your line manager and endorsed by the PVC/Director and send it to aurora@gre.ac.uk by 5pm on 31 January 2023. Successful applicants will be invited to an internal launch event on Monday 27 February 2023 from 14:00 – 16.00.
