TLDRoffon

Taking place at Medway campus, the training will give you the necessary skills to perform CPR and confidence to use a defibrillator. No previous first aid knowledge is required to attend the training.

Local charity HOO Community First Responders will be running the sessions, which will take place on Tuesday 12 February 2019 at 11:30 & 14:00 in B028 Blake Building, Medway Campus. If you are interested in furthering your emergency first aid skills, or already take part in an organised first aid scheme, this is the perfect course for you.

Defibrillator units are currently installed at the following locations across the University:

  • Avery Hill - Security Gatehouse (Southwood Site), Reception (Mansion), Sparrows Farm (Sports Science Department), The Dome & David Fussey Building (external)
  • Greenwich – Stockwell Street Reception, Dreadnought Reception, East Gate Lodge, King William Building, Daniel Defoe Hall & Devonport House
  • Medway – Security Gatehouse, Drill Hall Library, Nelson Building (external), The Deep & Merlin House
  • Woolwich – Reception

Please contact Jo Keys if you are interested in attending as places are very limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
