These sessions are designed to complement supervisory support by focusing on the academic, research, and library skills required for successful postgraduate dissertation work. Sessions are practical, skills based, and open to all level 7 students.
They will cover:
- Getting started and understanding expectations.
- Managing the dissertation process.
- Finding, reading, and using the literature.
- Research methods.
- Writing, analysis, and coherence.
- Polishing and submission.
Help your students by sharing these sessions
- Signpost students to our LibCal workshops calendar where they can view and book onto sessions.
- Share this information with your classes via Moodle announcements.
Sessions are online, always free, and available until 11 June.
