The result is a consistent process to support continuation, with defined roles across Faculty Student Advisors, academic staff, the Retention and Success team, Student Wellbeing and Student Finance.
Here's what's changing:
- Faculty Student Advisors are moving their focus towards early, proactive contact with students.
- The Retention and Success team will undertake all formal attendance monitoring student communication.
- Greater support for students with financial concerns will be available through the Student Centres.
- We're reaffirming two clear routes for students to get help: the Digital Student Centre/Student Centres, and their Faculty Student Advisor.
