Exam Arrangements Deadline extended to Friday 4 March

TLDRoffon

If you require exam arrangements such as extra time, rest breaks or a separate room, due to a disability, specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia, mental health condition and/or medical condition you will need to contact our Student Wellbeing Service Disability and Dyslexia (SWS D&D) to arrange this.

Update  (01/03) extended deadline

Following on from the University’s announcement that some exams will be on campus in May 2022, see here, the Student Wellbeing Service has extended the referral deadline date for students requiring exam arrangements due to a disability, specific learning difficulty, long term medical condition and mental health condition. Referrals need to include independent medical evidence from a professional stating disability/medical condition.

Referrals need to be sent to wellbeing@gre.ac.uk by Friday 04/03/2022.

It is important that you apply by the deadline. Referrals received after these dates will not be processed in time for the exam periods and so exam arrangements will not be arranged. Please note: exam arrangements are not automatically arranged; a meeting with a SWS D&D Coordinator is necessary for an application to be made.

If you are a returning student and have already met with the SWS D&D team to arrange your exam arrangements then you do not  need to meet us again unless there is a change in your circumstance.
