BA Marketing Management has 94 percent of student satisfaction for NSS 2020, a significant increase of 22 percent on last year (72%) and well above the national average (83%).

National Student Survey is open to all final year students nationwide, asking questions about teaching, learning, student support and assessment. BA Marketing Management scored higher than national average for almost all categories, with exceptionally high scores on "Assessment & Feedback", "Learning Resources", and "Student Voice".

The Complete University Guide 2021 also ranked University of Greenwich as the Top 2 place to study marketing. With the high student satisfaction and graduate employability rates, BA Marketing Management continues to be one of the most popular programme of study here at Greenwich.

The complete BA Marketing Suite (BA Marketing Management; BA Advertising & Digital Marketing Communications) are the only programmes in the country that offer exemption for 3 professional certificates: IDM, CIM, and MRS.

The programmes have a strong link to the industry and are able to provide real-world, practical learning opportunities for our students, including using live briefs from companies and business challenges as assessments. We have students and alumni successfully secured placement and full-time position in global organisation such as Disney, IBM, L'Oreal etc.

Dr Jenny Ma, Programme Leader of BA Marketing Suite, said: "I am absolutely delighted. The result reflects the efforts of our staff and the students who work closely together to improve student experiences, and it confirms that Greenwich is a great place to study marketing, with dedicated staff, inspiring learning opportunities and student-led learning environment".

The recent graduates, Daniel Najafi and Jamal Hadjkura, also shared their thoughts on the result: "It is about inspiring students", said Daniel. "Greenwich has helped me to build a foundation that allows me to interact with the "real world" with a sense of strength, fuel, and energy to make change happen. Because for me, that's ultimately what Marketing is about." Jamal added: "With the support and flexibility from UoG during these troubling times, I'm not surprised of the result. Greenwich has been the best time of my life thanks to passionate lecturers, an engaging curriculum and an open & diverse student culture.".

The NSS data provides valuable information for prospective students, and it also generates data to support universities and colleges to improve the student experience. "We will certainly use the data to improve ourselves.", said Dr Jenny Ma. "We will continue to enhance the quality of our programme and continue to provide a welcoming environment for the student to learn and to succeed."
