Greenwich to host internationally-renowned conference

The university will host an internationally-renowned conference at its Greenwich campus this week.

The 10th annual Academy of Pharmaceutical Science (APS) PharmSci conference will launch tomorrow (11 September) and will run until Friday with over 300 delegates due to attend.

Professor Martin Snowden, Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Greenwich, and a previous Chair of the APS said: "I'm delighted to be welcoming so many experts from across the pharmaceutical and HE sectors as well as speakers from a wide range of organisations to our beautiful Greenwich campus this week.

"The annual APS conference is a chance to share learning and innovation, challenge ideas and develop the latest thinking on issues which have the potential to change lives for the better."

Topics to be discussed include Smart Cancer Nanomedicine, the potential of 3D printing in the development and manufacture of medicines and Powering Nano Technology
