We are helping the NHS to understand the vaccination experience of international students, including whether you have been vaccinated in the UK or overseas and with what vaccine. This will help the NHS to better support international students.

If you are an international student studying at the University of Greenwich, please complete the NHS's International Student Vaccination Status survey for a chance to win one of two free iPads or one of 50 one-year TOTUM memberships (TOTUM, formerly NUS Extra, is a student discount card and is normally £14.99).
The survey is anonymous unless you choose to enter the prize draw, in which case your name, student ID and email address will be shared with the University so we can administer the prize draw. Your survey results will not be shared with the University and the NHS will anonymise the data so you are not identified.
This survey is only open to international students who are studying at the University of Greenwich and is open until 5pm on Friday 17 December 2021.
