University of Greenwich staff will be competing with Greenwich Students' Union (Staff v Students). Each will aim to record 1,011 miles of activity - half of the 2,022 total by the deadline of 3 March.

Anyone can take part and you can participate by either hand-cycling, cycling, wheelchair pushing, swimming, walking, jogging, running, rowing, or paddling.

Track your activity

Please use this Microsoft Form to log your activity. We will add up all the submissions and announce whether it is students or staff who reach more miles on University Mental Health Day.

Help us reach our goal of £2,022

As part of this challenge, we are also seeking donations, which will be equally split between The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) and Student Minds. If you are able to donate any amount, please visit our Go Fund Me page to add your donation.
