Bookable rooms, LapSafe loanable laptops and IT and Library support will not be available during this time. Any reservations placed between 15 December and 9 January may take longer to process.
The IT Service Desk will also be closed throughout the holiday. You can still log a ticket using IT Self Service . Don’t forget, you can reset your password yourself at any time.
Apply by 18 December to access other universities’ libraries
If you’re leaving campus, but staying in the UK, you can visit university libraries nearer to you through the Sconul Access Scheme. Your access will need to be approved so make sure you apply before 18 December so it can be reviewed before you travel.
