The role is to help fans enter the stadium for all home games at The Valley, with a matchday pass to watch the second half of the game available. Find out how you can apply.

  • Location: The Valley, Floyd Road, Charlton (Charlton's stadium)
  • Salary: £10.55 per hour
  • Hours: 4 hours, midday - 4pm on all home fixtures.  A matchday pass to watch the second half is available.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the IT Department with assisting fans into the stadium on a matchday
  • Demonstrate effective customer service with fans
  • Work within a team to cover all bases necessary during busy periods.

  • Actively co-operates and communicates with others 
  • Positive about achieving Club, department and individual success 
  • Acts with honesty and integrity, demonstrates respect, diversity and is always professional.

  • Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Applicants must ensure they have reviewed the CAFC fixture list and ensure they are available for ALL home fixtures.
