Join the free Medway Student Healthy Way 9-week programme

Starting on 7 February, this programme could be for you if you want to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle - find out how you can join.

Set yourself up for success with this free Student Healthy Way course available on the Medway Campus. 

Get advice on healthy eating and cooking, as well as exercise and managing stress. Learn how to lose calories and drop pounds with simple food swaps and small changes. 

There's weekly 1-hour sessions (1.30pm-2.30pm) in the Drill Hall Library DA002 starting from Friday 7 February until 3 April.
