A new series of in-person staff engagement sessions will bring colleagues together with the Vice-Chancellor and CEO in smaller groups to hear updates on the development of LASE. Sessions will take place on each campus between October and April. There’ll be opportunities to ask questions and share ideas. With a focus on open conversation and meaningful discussions, these sessions have been designed to ensure colleagues can share their perspectives and help shape the journey ahead.
Over the coming weeks, invitations will land in staff inboxes. These staff engagement sessions are separate from, but complement, the all-staff Town Hall events, providing a more informal setting for meeting Jane, conversation and feedback.
