This is a three-year project which in Phase 1 will implement a Cloud HCM (HR) solution, payroll and staff and manager self-service functionality by April 2020.
We have contracted Namos Solutions Ltd. as our implementation partner who will support us in the design and delivery of the new system.
The project team, and project manager Brian Frost, will be engaging with faculties and directorates through a series of meetings and workshops, some of which are already underway, to ensure we deliver a system that provides:
- a high-quality experience for staff through unified HR and Payroll services,
- improves delivery through a common HR staff portal and
- incorporates a best practice employee and management self-service capability.
There will be regular updates on the project through the One University updates, as well as further information about the project as it progresses.
