We understand that the number and nature of student complaints may differ during periods of major disruption and want to emphasise our commitment to supporting you as effectively and as promptly as possible during these periods.

To address any concerns you may have about the impact of recent and ongoing disruption and how we have dealt with it, we have developed an additional complaints procedure for students on campus-based taught programmes of study to deal specifically with these complaints related to the disruption.
