Accessing the Students' Union advice service in Dreadnought

The Students' Union provides free, confidential and impartial advice for all students at the university for a range of academic and non-academic topics.

Our Advice team is independent from the university, although where appropriate and necessary we work with the university's Student and Academic Services and relevant staff or teams in faculties.  

You can make appointments for advice by:

The service provided by the Welcome team and the Advice team is confidential and the Students' Union takes the confidentiality of students extremely seriously.

The Advice team are based on the ground floor in Dreadnought, close to the Student Centre.  They work Monday to Friday with drop-in appointments available on set days and times.  This is in addition to the service we provide at our Avery Hill campus.
