The flexible teaching spaces on the first floor of Dreadnought can be divided into two spaces are used as a single space, and features flip desks which provide greater flexibility for their use. There are also four 'pods' just outside of this space to provide an alternative area for seating and socialising.
The first floor of Dreadnought also hosts specialised teaching spaces for the Department of Education & Community Studies (pictured) and labs for the Department of Psychology, Social Work & Counselling.
