The Graduate Outcomes Survey for Cohort D (graduates who completed their course between 1 May and 31 July 2025) opens 1 September, with a deadline of 30 November.
This national survey, run by HESA, asks graduates what they're doing 15 months after leaving university, including the type of work if employed. It runs four times a year across four cohorts, based on study end date with most of our graduates falling into Cohort D. The survey is based on a census week, and for Cohort D this is the first week in September.
While this sounds like a data exercise, it is of vital importance to Greenwich: results account for up to 15% of our league table ranking, shape our reputation, and help prospective students choose us. It's essential we do as well as possible, so it is important graduates are aware of the survey and have up-to-date contact details.
The survey takes about ten minutes online and has a core set of required questions alongside subjective questions about graduates' current situation and wellbeing. Questions can be found on the HESA page.

How you can help
The Alumni and Fundraising team emails recent graduates on behalf of the university ahead of each survey opening, and shares reminders on alumni social media.
If you're in touch with graduates, please encourage them to take part and reassure them the emails and calls are genuinely from HESA on the university's behalf.
