The launch of this programme marks a key milestone in our culture change journey and via our People Sub-Strategy, our commitment to supporting excellence in Leadership and Management by developing current employees who share our values and to become sector leading in EDI.
This programme is also a key action within the Race Action plan to align supporting a more diverse leadership across the university.
