We are currently developing a Health and Wellbeing Strategy which will set out how we will work across the university to prioritise everyone's understanding of wellbeing, reduce the stigma of discussing mental health difficulties and increase access to relevant services and opportunities that will enhance our wellbeing.
Everyone at the university will experience positive and negative wellbeing, it is normal to have periods of difficulty and we aspire to creating a culture of openness and support.
We've brought all of our information on wellbeing into a single place and this is a key tool in creating that culture, giving easy access to relevant information and guidance for all students and staff.
