This activity takes place online An opportunity to explore the key aspects of project management for researchers. The day will cover the themes of organising, planning, and delivering a research project; creating a project strategy; managing project resources; and communication before, during and at the end of your research project. Researchers will have the opportunity to work on their own projects or bring a potential project for the future to work on to ensure the training is placed within their own research context. Courses are free for all staff and PGRs. Please note, however, your Faculty/Directorate will be charged if you fail to attend or cancel without a justifiable reason, within the timeframe specified in the Training Events Cancellation guidelines.
