This activity takes place online We all love to watch the Great British Bake Off. Here’s your opportunity to dust off your apron and get baking to win a £50 voucher and be crowned winner of our very own Great Greenwich Bake Off. On Friday 25 February at 12:00-12:45 we are launching our Great Greenwich Bake Off Challenge. Here you can find out more about how to participate in the competition. We will have expert cooks talking about some useful cooking tips, you ‘ll find out about what rules you’ll have to follow (use as much Fairtrade and sustainable ingredients as you can) and also share recipes and chat about our favourite bakers. The University’s Head of Sustainability will host, and we are encouraging students and staff who are new to baking to attend as well as those who have baked for years. Staff and students will then have until Monday 7 March to bake their delicious Chocolate Cakes and bring them to our judges’ tastings at Greenwich and Medway campuses.
